GET CLEANSED – Full Juice Only Cleanse

 

Get Juiced has designed a JUICE-ONLY cleanse program that can be used for one, three, or five consecutive days (your cleanse duration is purely a personal preference).

 

Our Full Cleanse cleanse is a juice only cleanse. On our Full Cleanse you will consume six (16oz) juices and water for the entire duration of your cleanse

 

5 BEFORE 5 – Mini All Green Juice Cleanse

 

Get Juiced has also designed a juice AND dinner cleanse program that can be used for one, three, or five consecutive days (your cleanse duration is purely a personal preference).

Our 5 Before 5 is meant to be consumed with a light vegetable based dinner. On this cleanse you will consume water and five (8 oz) green juices before 5:00pm,  after 5:00pm you will eat a small dinner.

HOW IT ALL WORKS

 

Determine whether a juice cleanse is right for you…

Not everyone should juice cleanse. Do not cleanse  against your doctor’s recommendation. Do not cleanse if you are pregnant and do not cleanse without the supervision of your doctor if you are taking anti-depressants. If you are ill do not cleanse without supervision from a medically trained professional.

 

One – Three – Five Days (or longer)…

If you are in good health, determine the duration of your cleanse. The longer you cleanse, the deeper your cleanse will go and the more beneficial it will be.

 

Next, Do A Little Maintenance…. 

In order to get the best results out of your cleanse, you need to eat properly BEFORE and AFTER your cleanse. Start by increasing your water intake, eat less meat, cut out processed fats, sugars and caffeine (especially coffee). Cleaning up your eating habits will help you get the most out of your cleanse.

 

A Few Things To Keep In Mind…

Our juice cleanse includes juices that have a full range of produce. We try to include a wide range of fruits and vegetables so that you get a full spectrum of vital antioxidants and nutrients (the more colors the better in our opinion)!

However, no two people fast and cleanse in the same way because no two people have the same makeup. Some people poop a lot on a cleanse and others do not poop at all, both are completely normal. Some people feel weak while others feel energized. Some people feel hungry and have cravings while others forget about food and enjoy not eating. The most important thing to remember is that on a proper juice fast you should be getting enough calories to do what you normally do while still feeling good.

 

Enjoy and Relax…

Enjoy your time away from food, by keeping in mind the end goal. A rested, rejuvenated and clean digestive system! If you can find time during your cleanse duration, relax a little and let your body restore itself.

 

AFTER…

Slowly reintroduce solid foods, starting with raw fruits and vegetables only. Your cleanse results will only last if you do your best to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Diet and exercise go hand-in-hand here! Maintain a high water intake, limit meat intake, eat healthy fats and leave all processed foods out of your diet.

 

For the best results we recommend doing a cleanse as often as your can afford!
